Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is the new tower being developed in Downtown Miami, which will become the tallest building in Florida.
Waldorf Astoria is a 100-story residential skyscraper and the tallest tower in Miami, located in the heart of Downtown on Biscayne Boulevard. Its striking, futuristic architecture was designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects. Inspired by 20th-century sculptor Alberto Giacometti, the tower explores themes of space, perspective, and fractured forms. Its bold, cubist design appears as a series of glass volumes stacked at varying angles, creating a distinctive landmark on the Miami skyline.
The tower offers fully finished residences with exclusive interiors by BAMO, ranging from studios to expansive four-bedroom penthouses. Each home features smart home systems along with premium audio and video controls. Natural materials and refined decorative elements bring warmth and sophistication to the space. Custom kitchens are outfitted with built-in Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, while private balconies include summer kitchens and barbecue areas — perfect for hosting elegant evenings with friends.
A signature highlight of the project is Peacock Alley, a concept rooted in the original Waldorf Astoria in New York, where a 100-meter marble promenade became a favorite destination for high society. Reimagined for today, it serves as a sophisticated lounge space known for extravagant Sunday brunches and a dynamic cocktail culture — a nod to the brand’s legendary hospitality and timeless style.
