Aston Martin Residences is the first branded residential tower by the iconic British automotive company, located on the waterfront in Downtown Miami. Developed in partnership with G&G Business Developments, the 66-story tower features a sail-inspired silhouette that reflects its nautical surroundings along Biscayne Bay.

Interiors, designed by Aston Martin’s team, feature hand-stitched leather accents, signature color palettes, glass staircases, and bespoke furnishings that honor the brand’s refined legacy.
