1428 Brickell is a 70-story luxury residential tower located on the iconic Brickell Avenue in Miami. Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS in collaboration with Arquitectonica, the tower draws inspiration from organic forms found in nature. A lush botanical garden at the base of the building creates an oasis-like atmosphere, while the building’s sculptural facade blends harmoniously into the city skyline.
The project offers expansive residences with 2 to 4 bedrooms plus den, including two-story homes featuring bespoke staircases by Italian designer Antonio Citterio. Each residence is finished with Italian natural materials such as travertine and marble. Interiors include large terraces with summer kitchens, smart home systems, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and fully integrated Gaggenau appliance packages. Bathrooms feature oversized travertine showers, freestanding sculptural tubs, and Antonio Citterio-designed fixtures. Residents can control lighting, shading, temperature, and concierge services from a mobile app.
